The Sedgwick Antique Inn has 10 bedrooms and four shared bathrooms* available in the historic Farmer's State Bank building. Our guests tell us this is a wonderful place to stay for lots of reasons:

Lots and Lots of Room: There's plenty of space and with 10 guest rooms, we can accommodate the single traveler, couples, families, reunions, hunting parties, and more.

Access to Common Areas: Our guests have access to several common areas throughout the building, including a sitting area in the lobby, the great room with seating for six or more in front of an electric fire place, and a breakfast area, all on the main level. There is also a spacious sitting room upstairs, which is a great place for visiting with other guests or reading.

Good Food: Our well-stocked Breakfast Area is available all day for use by our guests and the coffee pot in the lobby is always on. Snacks and drinks are available, too.

Good Times: We like to remind our guests to keep in mind there is a bar and a dispensary across the street. While the Inn itself is a smoke-free environment, a 420 friendly smoke shack (Welcome to Colorado!) is available in a separate building, on the premises.

Safe Neighborhood: Sedgwick, Colorado is a safe and friendly town–so safe you can even walk the streets at night!

Outdoor Activities: The well-stocked Jumbo Reservoir and wildlife reserve is only five miles away, making fishing a favorite activity of the locals and visitors. Several state wildlife areas also provide abundant hunting of deer, waterfowl and turkey, as well as some great places to hike, swim and view wildlife.

Pets Welcome: We are pet friendly, so feel free to bring your four-legged friends with you! Just let us know.
* Guest rooms do not have private bathrooms.
